Delete your Restaurant account

You can request deletion without reinstalling the app. Send a request from the email address used for your Restaurant account to:

septillionprofordeveloperacc@gmail.com

1. Use the subject “Restaurant account deletion request”.
2. Include your account email and shop name.
3. Tell us whether you want your Restaurant account and associated personal data removed, or whether you are the owner also requesting deletion of an entire shop.

We verify identity and clarify any impact on shared shop records before processing. Do not send a password, payment PIN or login code. Sending a request does not immediately erase a shop.

Account identity, membership links and associated personal information will be deleted or anonymized as applicable. Shop transaction or reservation records that the shop must retain, security records or records subject to legal obligations may be retained for the required purpose. We will explain any retained categories when processing your request. Backups may keep earlier copies until their normal replacement or expiry; these copies are not used to restore your access.

Counter tablets and paired phones hold local copies. We will explain how the shop can remove those copies safely; simply uninstalling the app does not delete cloud records. This request affects Restaurant only, not your Google account, Lo Ta Ya or Beauty Mall.
